It can be an overwhelming process to find the right tech stack for your recruiting workflow with so many solutions available. In this post, we’re comparing Interseller and ZoomInfo and showcasing where each tool stands out.

Interseller

Interseller front site page

Interseller consolidates your sourcing and outreach efforts into a powerful all-in-one recruiting solution so you can save the time it takes to engage with prospects and candidates.

You can easily source contacts with Interseller’s Chrome extension to find up-to-date work and personal emails across sites including LinkedIn, AngelList, and Indeed, and add them to your email sequences. You can also add personalization to your messages at scale using custom field variables and sync contact data and email activity to your connected ATS/CRM.

While your emails send out, you can track how sequences are performing in real-time at the user or team level with our reporting data to measure open rates, reply rates, and much more.

Interseller believes in transparency when it comes to pricing and contract flexibility so we provide monthly billing as a pricing plan. On the Standard plan (includes work emails only), each seat is $100/month and on the Recruiter plan (includes work, personal emails, and mobile numbers), each seat is $200/month. For internal recruiting teams or large teams (10+), our Sales team can work with you to create a custom plan to help achieve your sourcing and outreach needs.

G2 Rating: 4.8/5

G2 Review from Bryan B: “This is the best platform on the market for building email outreach campaigns with Linkedin Sales Nav. I know other sales teams that are using 3-4 different apps to do what Interseller can do on its single platform. On top of that, they really focus on deliverability and making sure your emails hit the inbox. Their support team is top-notch and will help you work through any problem you’re having. These guys are operating on another level and it really does feel like a premium product.”

ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo provides detailed contact and company data that integrates with your email account, email campaigns, and connected ATS/CRMs to streamline your recruiting process.

ZoomInfo has a Chrome extension that can be used on LinkedIn and company websites to identify detailed contact information including personal emails, mobile phone numbers, and professional work history. You can also filter down contacts based on granular criteria such as industry, academic background, specific job roles, and much more.

ZoomInfo integrates with your email inbox so you can easily sync your email activity to your integration. You can eliminate making manual changes in your integration and keep your workflow streamlined with full visibility into the health and engagement of your pipeline. You can also take advantage of ZoomInfo’s suite of APIs to cross-reference contact and company profiles and integrate over 300 different data points into your current workflow.

While ZoomInfo’s pricing is not publicly listed, it looks like it starts at $15,000 annually for the Professional plan from what we’ve found in their G2 Crowd reviews. They currently offer 3 tiers for their pricing plans (Professional, Advanced, Elite), but you’ll need to get in touch with their Sales team for a custom price quote.

G2 Rating: 4.4/5

G2 Review from Greg H: “Using ZoomInfo is easy, and I have been impressed with the data quality. I use it to fill in missing lead information before passing a lead onto the SDR team. It’s good for getting a prospect’s email address, phone number, or physical location. It’s also great for finding new contacts at target accounts, and ZoomInfo makes it easy to sync data over to your CRM.”

Where ZoomInfo wins

ZoomInfo is a trusted name in the recruiting and sales software industries for having one of the largest searchable databases, boasting a roster of clients such as Amazon, T-Mobile, and Zoom.

Since ZoomInfo has such an extensive contact database, it’s commonly used by recruiters for finding candidates and connecting with them. ZoomInfo’s search filters have over 300 company attributes to select from to create a targeted list of candidates and companies to outreach to. This can help recruiters efficiently streamline their prospecting efforts to discover more qualified contacts to add to their hiring pipeline.

Where Interseller wins

While ZoomInfo may stand out with their large searchable database, Interseller excels when it comes to contract flexibility and pricing, data quality and accuracy, and being a cost effective all-in-one recruiting tool.

At Interseller, we believe in developing great partnerships with our customers and recognize that contract flexibility and pricing play an integral role in that. Committing to an annual contract may not be the right option for everyone, especially if the price point is high and if your business needs may change later on. Interseller offers affordable monthly plans starting at $100/month so you can have more flexibility and not worry about making a commitment upfront if you’re not quite ready yet.

While ZoomInfo may have more access to contact information, Interseller prides itself in having better data quality for both work and personal emails. It’s important for our customers to connect with the right people so to ensure this, we validate our contact data in real-time. Interseller works with great data vendors that consistently provide us with the most accurate and up-to-date emails with a coverage rate of 80% and an accuracy rate of 95%.

With Interseller, you can build an efficient recruiting workflow sourcing candidates, sending email campaigns, and syncing contact and email data to your ATS/CRM all in one tool. While ZoomInfo does offer email sequencing in their ZoomInfo Engage platform, it looks like it’s offered as a separate product from their database so this can be costly if you use both products. Interseller provides a cost effective all-in-one solution so you can save time and money from having to utilize multiple tools for different parts of your recruiting workflow.
