It’s been several weeks since Interseller announced being acquired by Greenhouse. As the dust from the news continues to settle, lots of questions from customers, prospects, and partners are rolling in every day.
And, one question I’ve been asked many times is: “What is the future of Interseller?”
I will say that the clarity around the future of Interseller is clearer than ever. So, I thought I’d take some time to share some FAQs that will help shed light on how Greenhouse and Interseller are committed to supporting our customers.
Q: What is happening to the non-Greenhouse ATS and CRM integrations and partnerships?
A: Nothing is changing. We will continue to support and service all existing ATS and CRM integrations and partnerships.
Q: What’s the plan for the future of Interseller’s product?
A: It’s exciting! Greenhouse will be investing significant resources into enhancing Interseller’s innovative sourcing tools, from improvements to the Chrome extension to a smoother, more efficient user experience.
Q: Will I need to eventually become a Greenhouse customer to continue using Interseller?
A: At this time there is no impact to Interseller customers and their current contract or level of service from Interseller.
Q: Will Interseller’s level of service change?
A: Only for the better! Because of this acquisition and investment, you will benefit from an enhanced level of integration and support.
