Here’s what we’ve worked on in November

  • Sequence information visible in Chrome extension

  • Adjusting the Chrome extension setting within Interseller

  • Updated header toolbar in the Sequences dashboard

  • New pricing for personal email lookups

  • Streamlining the import process for CSV files

Sequence information visible in Chrome extension

When you run a lookup for a contact using the Chrome extension, it’ll highlight the following information:

  • If the contact is found in another sequence

  • If the contact is found in your connected integration like Salesforce

  • When the contact was last added/created in Interseller and the sequence they were added to

  • When the contact was last messaged and which sequence they were last messaged in

  • When the contact last responded and to who in your team

Adjusting the Chrome extension setting within Interseller

You can now adjust your Chrome extension setting for lookups in your Interseller settings under Integrations. You can set one of the following options for email lookups:

  • None - Use only what’s available on the page

  • Work Only - Find only work emails

  • Personal Only - Find only personal emails

  • Any (Work First) - Try finding work emails first, then personal emails * after

  • Any (Personal First) - Try finding personal emails first, then work emails after

We’ve changed these lookup options to account for a previous issue with double lookups. With these new options, you’ll only ever get charged once for looking up an email.

Updated header toolbar in the Sequences dashboard

We’ve updated the header toolbar in the Sequences dashboard with a menu icon. When you select a sequence now, you’ll have the option to select between the trash bin icon and menu icon. The menu icon will open up the options to activate, deactivate, share, and unshare the sequence.

Better coverage rates for personal emails

We’ve partnered with several new data providers and were able to increase our coverage rates to obtaining personal emails. In recent testing, we’ve seen rates go from 44% to 80%. Because of this upgrade, we won’t be able to offer our previous pricing of $130 and will be increasing to $150 for 250 email lookups. Streamlining the import process for CSV files

When you import CSV files without any missing email addresses, you’ll bypass the third step to look up those missing emails now. Instead of seeing the third step, you’ll see the last step showing finished import.

That’s it for now, check back with us next month for more new awesome Interseller updates!
